Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Securely
Place the items in their original Dorsey gift box and use a padded mailer to ensure the jewelry is protected during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
